Prices:
Rates are per apartment and day including end-of-stay cleaning,
resort tax in supplement € 4,00 per adult person (over 16 years) per day.

Shortstay 10 % in supplement for bookings 1-3 nights in winter.

Advance payment:
Advance payment per apartment 20 % of the total price

Payment:
Payment options prior to departure: cash, EC card or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). It is also possible to pay the entire amount before holiday start on our bank account (AT78 3632 4000 0032 0051 / RZTIAT22324 /account owner: Caroline Kleon / Raiffeisenbank Sölden)

Internet access:
free WIFI - internet access in all our apartments

Babies:
Child cots and high chairs for young guests available for free on prior arrangement

Dogs:
Dogs are only on request allowed (please request on booking). We charge € 15,00 per day without food. (max. 1 dog per apartment) >important information for your holiday with a dog

Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in day: your apartment is available from 2 pm
Check-out day: please leave your apartment by 09.30 am at the latest

General cancellation fee:
up to 30 days prior to arrival free of charge
29 days to 8 days prior to arrival 70% of the total amount
7 days prior to arrival 90% of the total amount

Travel Cancellation Insurance:
we recommend to take out a travel insurance policy
